- 1) Shipping Methods
- We offer shipping by airmail and exprss. Airmail normally takes 14 - 21 days, although this can be quicker. express takes 4-6 working days and is tracked and insured. Express may require a signature upon delivery therefore we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- 2)Shipping Costs
- We don't believe in expensive flat rate shipping costs: to make it fairer for you, we calculate shipping costs according to the weight of the product. Prices can be found on each product's page. If a product is particularly fragile or valuable, we only offer DHL shipping.
- 3) Insurance
- Express parcels are automatically insured, however, in line with standard courier practice we ask you to check the package contents before signing. If you do not do so we cannot be held liable for damage that occurred in transit
- 4) Geographical Shipping Restrictions
- Sorry, we do not currently ship to the following countries: Bulgaria, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Egypt, Estonia, Ghana, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Latvia, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.
- 5)Customs and Duties
- For small orders of low cost items it is highly unlikely there will be an import charge, although we cannot guarantee this. In the event of a parcel being stopped by customs we do not take responsibility for any charges incurred.
- 1) First Time Customers
- Ordering is easy! To select an item click the red "Add to Cart" button, then when you're ready to pay click the "Checkout" button. At this point you'll be asked to fill out your shipping and billing information.
- 2) Warranties
- Items do not come with a warranty unless specified however we are always happy to help solve any problems with products.
- 2) Changing an Order Address
- Should you wish to change a shipping address after you've ordered, and you have not yet received an email from us telling you your item has been shipped, please email us. We can't guarantee we'll be able to redirect your package once your transaction has been processed but we will do our best.
- 3) Combining Orders
- If you wish to add more items to your order after you've checked out, please email us. We can't guarantee we'll be able to combine orders once your transaction has been processed but we'll certainly do our best.
- 1) Credit Card Security
- All Virtual Village transactions are guaranteed to be secure thanks to our security partner McAfee. McAfee provide secure solutions so you can shop with confidence.
- 2) Email Addresses
- All account information is private. Personal information will never be sold or rented to a third party. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
- 1) Payment Methods
- We offer Google Checkout, PayPal and Visa, and MasterCard.
- 1) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- If you feel your purchase does not match its original description, or it is faulty or broken, please email us within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service team will reply within one working day with a solution.
If you change your mind, we're happy to refund the product cost providing the item is returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging. You agree to pay return shipping costs.
- 2) Returning an Item
- All return items must be authorised. If you need to return something, please contact us first and we will send you an authorisation code and a printable label with our return address on it to attach to the package.
