TRACKING MY ORDER – STEP BY STEP

1. You made a purchase on Virtual Village
2. Virtual Village sends you a shipping confirmation email (check your spam folder)
3. Tracking number is enclosed in this email (looks like RA00000000CN)

From now, please refer to the relevant part (I. Standard airmail, express airmail)

1. Go on China Post’s tracking service:

 http://intmail.183.com.cn/item/trace/itemTraceAction.do?action=Enter

1. Enter your parcel number (item no.) and the verification code. Click Track.
2. China Post locates indicates the latest facility it was registered until final delivery.

1. Express Airmail
2. Enter your shipment no. and the verification code. Click Track
3. China Post locates indicates the latest facility it was registered until final delivery.
